Paul Fitzpatrick Obituary

FITZPATRICK, Paul F., 89, a longtime Malden resident, passed away on August 21st in Dover, New Hampshire after a period of declining health. Born and raised in South Boston, Fitz was a United States WWII Army veteran, later a member of Teamsters Local 25 as a truck driver, then became a firefighter for the City of Malden, retiring in 1993 after 30 years with the department.

He is predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Claire (Farren) Fitzpatrick and his beloved son, Paul E. Fitzpatrick of Malden. He is survived by his daughter LuAnne Zaida and her husband Ben of New Hampshire and his two granddaughters, Hillary Tibbetts of New Hampshire and Christina Fitzpatrick of Melrose.

Visiting Hours are respectfully omitted and burial services will be private.

Paul's family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Watson Fields in Dover, New Hampshire as well as Cornerstone VNA/Hospice for the loving care that he received during his final days.
