1934-2023
Albert was a life long resident of Malden.
Graduated Malden High School 1951.
Served as a Corporal U.S Army 1956-1958.
Worked for the Bank of Boston from 1959-1996.
Survived by his wife of 62 years Barbara Coughlin (Pendak)

Michael of Melrose Ma.
Richard and family of Methuen Ma.
James and family of Ipswich Ma.
Elizabeth of Malden Ma.
Grandchildren: Thomas of Washington DC
Carly of Somerville Ma.
Bryana of Methuen Ma.
Eric of Lynn Ma.
Great Grandchild: Oliver of Washington D.C
Siblings: Robert Coughlin and family of Malden Ma.
Bernard Coughlin and family of Bradford Ma.
Paul Coughlin and family of Malden Ma.
Albert had a lifelong love of Lionel trains. He had set up his trains
for many years at St. Joseph annual bizarre, and at many train
shows in the local area for years.
Al also coached Malden Youth Hockey thru the 1970s. Teaching
many of the kids in the city how to skate and play the game of
hockey.
He was also very active with the Boy Scouts during that time as well.
After his retirement, he worked for the Conway Scenic R.R as
a conductor. He loved to announce the views you would see
as you rolled across the mountain side, going up the notch. It
was his favorite ride.
