Cotter and his wife Lisa of Rowley and Jill Cotter and her partner Wayne Porter of Baltimore, MD. Son of the late James M., Sr. and Mary (Burke) Cotter. Brother of the late Rosemary Hartung. Cherished grandfather of Carmella, James IV and Ava and loving uncle of Kyra Hartung of Hudson, NH. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden on Saturday, October 29th at 11:30 AM. Visiting Hours in the Carroll Funeral Home, 721 Salem St. (Maplewood Square) Malden on Friday from 4-8 PM. Committal Services will be private.
