We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Kathleen Marie (Tilton) Dello Russo. An amazingly warm and loving sister, aunt, mother, and grandmother.

Throughout her life she had taken on many hobbies which included needlepoint, crocheting, doll collecting and taking care of her many beautiful house plants. She loved Elvis. She was an extremely avid reader. She was always curious and always in pursuit of knowledge! She worked at DES and ran the job club, which helped unemployed people create a resume and match them up with positions that really suited them. Kathleen was passionate about this work and about helping others less fortunate than herself. She was always reaching out her hand out to pull someone else up. She was a contributor to many different charities over the years and wanted nothing more than to make a difference in the lives of those around her. She was known to her family as Mrs.Claus around the holidays as her house always looked like something out of a Hallmark Christmas movie.

Kathleen’s real pride and joy was her children and grandchildren. Her walls were covered with photos of them, their projects, and their drawings and cards for her. Nothing gave her more joy than having her whole family around her. She had so much love to give and will always be remembered for her warm hugs, her generous heart, her sassy wit, her stash of candy and love of all things sweet, her absolute adoration of babies and kittens, her contagious giggle, her eye for all things pretty, flowery and sparkly, her love of scotch tape and her absolutely killer pasta sauce. We will love you forever and always, to the moon and back.
