I really can't say enough great things about my family's experience with your business from start to finish. Mike was so personable, friendly and professional throughout the entire process, so easy to talk to. My mother was having a very hard time (naturally) but he knew exactly what to say her and when to say it. He made making those difficult choices easier and we never felt rushed. My father looked wonderful, my mother was so pleased with that and also the memorial page, Mike had added in the music and patriotic theme, so fitting for my Dad. The staff on the day of funeral was also amazing - not a beat was missed. We were all very impressed and again, we cannot thank you enough for making such a difficult time a bit easier.
